Terms of service.

Parabellum Criminal Investigation LLC is an investigative and security service licensed by the State of Ohio and holds the right to refuse service to any individual believed to be seeking information for malicious or unlawful purposes, or intends to use the products provided by Parabellum and it’s investigators with the intention to vicariously violate the Revised Code or individual rights established by the Constitution.

Parabellum, and it’s investigators, will not disclose any information, that if leaked, could potentially place another individual in harms way; to include, but not limited to, any information revolving around confidential informants, whistleblowers, or witnesses of the state. 

All cases and contracts completed by Parabellum, and it’s investigators, are subject to confidentiality and client-attorney privileges. Anything divulged during interviews, and other proceedings, involving our investigation will remain in strict confidence until the contracted attorney determines otherwise. 

Parabellum maintains a ten year retention policy on documents and information used for investigation, but is not subject to public records request, the documents retained can only be requested by the contracted attorney at the time of the case proceedings. Copies of security contracts can only be requested by the signatory or their legal representative.

Parabellum holds the right to refuse a contract, or discontinue any contract at anytime for any reason, any non-refundable retainer collected during the initiation of any contract will be held by the business, and any outstanding obligations of the client at the time of termination will come due immediately upon the decision to discontinue the contract and will be subject to legal proceedings past 30 days.
